The President and the Board of the Societas Iranologica Europæa are pleased to invite You to the 5th Europaean Conference of Iranian Studies to be held in Ravenna from 6th October to 11th October 2003 at the Faculty of Preservation of the Cultural Heritage of the University of Bologna.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The deadline for enroling participants is 30 April 2003.The Organizing Committee will not accept any Application Form sent after this date.

NOTICE FOR IRANIAN PARTICIPANTS: VISA

The participant will be able to enter the Visa Office without the normal waiting list by the declaration of being a participant to the Conference.
He has to show an introducing letter of the University or Research Institute which he belongs to.
He has to show the required documents: passport, two photos, questionnaire and an international health insurance.
If you show the hotel reservation, time to get visa can be shorter (about 10 days).

NOTICE: CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Because of technical problems, it will be possible to pay the conference fees by credit card only in some days. For this reason, those who want to pay the registration fee at their arrival in Ravenna or during the conference (5-11 oct.) will not pay any extra-amount.
